- Review and approve the digital proof we email before production begins.

How do I submit my logo?
After placing your order, send your logo file and order number to jr.propz1@gmail.com. Files are submitted by email, not uploaded on this page. Please send a high-resolution file for the best printing results.
Will I receive a mockup before production?
Yes. We will email a design mockup to the email address provided at checkout. Reply "Approved" to confirm, or tell us what changes you would like. Personalization begins only after your approval. Please provide an email address you check regularly and check your spam folder.
How long does personalization take?
Made to order: please allow 5-7 business days for personalization before shipment. Production begins after your design approval. Time spent waiting for files or approval, and shipping transit time, are not included. Processing times may vary with order volume and customization. See our Shipping Policy.
How will my order be shipped?
Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground by default. Shipping time begins after production is complete and your order has shipped. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.
Can personalized items be returned or exchanged?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, customer-provided personalization errors, or other non-defective reasons. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a personalization error made by us, email jr.propz1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photos.
